Customer will need to come to the office for payment of the Remittance Transaction (cash delivery channel) or occasional money changing transaction or register as new customer for the first time face-to-face.

Any suspicious transaction arise will ask Director / CO / MLRO for assessment and confirmation

Accounts Clerk register and ask for customer identity and additional information document copy to do prior risk assessment and name screening, if needed will do CDD measures.

Settlement clerk will process the remittance transactions to agents or bank transfer and give receipt to customers.

Account clerk will do occasional money changing for customer

Compliance Officer will enforce AML/CFT procedure to all staff and check the transaction if any suspicion will report to Director also do record keeping of all CDD measures.

Account clerk will accept cash payment from customers.
